No guarantee
We don’t guarantee that any debt will be collected, or any fee or result. Partners are independent.
Compensation

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and service are provided “as is”, without warranties, and Small Biz Debt Collection is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any partner.
